1. Introduction
Welcome to Dream Villas Miami. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making any reservations.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the guest.
- Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
- Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
5. Use of Property
- Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per property is stipulated in the booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit without prior consent may result in termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
- Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Any damage or disruption caused by guests will result in additional charges.
6. Additional Services
- Massage, Housekeeping/Maid Services, Chef Services, etc.: These services are available upon request and must be booked in advance. Additional charges apply.
- Exotic Car Rentals, Yacht Rentals, Fishing Charters: Subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Rental agreements and separate terms and conditions apply.
7. Liability
- Damage and Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. Charges for damages will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
- Personal Belongings: Dream Villas Miami is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
8. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all bookings. The amount will be specified in the booking confirmation. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dream Villas Miami reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made thereafter.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
